How can i claim warranty?
Audionic has more than 60 Customer Care Centers all across Pakistan including all major cities. We do our best to facilitate our customers from their nearest Customer Care Center and they can always claim their warranty through our Customer Support Department.

What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery takes upto 6 to 7 working days which include thorough quality check of ordered product followed by packaging and dispatching.
How can i cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are accepted within 3-4 working hours after order placed. You can cancel your order by following methods: Email your request to our customer care Message your request to our social media pages You can generate a Customer Support Ticket
How many days will my product be delivered in?
Delivery of the products depends on the given area of delivery. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible. However, it takes 5-7 working days in delivery after confirmation call.
