Payment for the order has been deducted from my account, but no order details have been received?
You order details may have not been captured with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in next 5-7 days.

How can i claim warranty?
Dany has more than 60 Customer Care Centers all across Pakistan including all major cities. We do our best to facilitate our customers from their nearest Customer Care Center and they can always claim their warranty through our Customer Support Department.

What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery takes upto 6 to 7 working days which include thorough quality check of ordered product followed by packaging and dispatching.
How can i cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are accepted within 3-4 working hours after order placed. You can cancel your order by following methods: Email your request to our customer care Message your request to our social media pages You can generate a Customer Support Ticket
How many days will my product be delivered in?
Delivery of the products depends on the given area of delivery. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible. However, it takes 5-7 working days in delivery after confirmation call.

What to do if I am unable to connect my watch with the phone?
Simply reset your watch and try again. If it still does not work contact Dany suppor.t
Why is my Bluetooth disconnecting?
The operational distance for the Bluetooth is 8-10m. It is ideal that phone and watch is in direct contact with each other. If still the Bluetooth is disconnecting, close the app, switch off and on the Bluetooth and start the app again. Make sure the app is running in background always.
Why does the watch show the step count even when I am not walking?
Your watch is tracking the movement if your wrist so if you are doing something that requires a lot of hand movement then step count can be affected.
